Volunteer in St. Pete

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

- GANDHI

When life feels chaotic, one way to make a great impact in your own life and the lives of others is to volunteer. When feeling unorganized, overwhelmed or out of control, a helpful way to reset is stepping outside of your own life and seeing how you can impact someone in need.

There are many wonderful resources to connect you with volunteer opportunities.

If you would like to be notified of new, local volunteer opportunities, please subscribe to our volunteer newsletter below.

Along with subscribing to our newsletter, you may be wondering where else you can find local volunteer opportunities around the St. Pete area. We’ve sourced a few options below.

So I reached out to my best friend, founder and chief designer at The Mug Creative Agency, Nicole Lytwyn. We spoke about what might be lacking in our community and how to bridge it together in times of Covid. A place where there was a simple step that could show me what’s available to me in real time in my community. A place where many disciplines who do not normally cross fields might come together to be a balance in many individuals lives. Maybe right now we need a community, a village that will help carry us through these challenging times.

And so here it is, St. Pete Thriving.
